Ingredients:

6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

4 jalapenos, deseeded and finely chopped

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

12 eggroll wrappers

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon ranch seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Vegetable oil for frying
Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine the cooked bacon, chopped jalapenos, cream cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
