  • 0.5 tsps Dried oregano or Italian seasoning
For the Cheesy Goodness
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese mix with provolone for extra flavor
  • 0.25 cups Shredded Parmesan cheese consider using Pecorino Romano
For the Toppings

Method
 

Directions

  2. Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise.

  6. Layer with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, adding desired toppings.
  7. Bake for an additional 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Broil (optional) for an extra crispy finish for 1-2 minutes.
  9. Cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
