Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk until blended.
- Cream butter and brown sugar until smooth.
- Mix in molasses, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

- Scoop and roll dough into balls; coat in granulated sugar.
