  • 1 pound Chicken breast Cut into thin strips
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Fajita seasoning Store-bought or homemade
For the Veggies
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Mixed colors for vibrancy
  • 1 medium Onion Sliced into rings
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
For the Wraps
  • 4 large Tortillas Flour or whole wheat
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream For added creaminess
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole For richness
  • 1/2 cup Salsa For tangy flavor

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown and no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the chicken and mix thoroughly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic to the same skillet. Sauté for about 5-6 minutes until tender.
  4. Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave for 15-20 seconds until soft.
  5. Spread chicken and veggie mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Roll the sides of the tortilla in and then fold from the bottom to complete the wrap. Serve warm with optional toppings.
