Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Pour the toffee mixture evenly over the matzo pieces arranged on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake the matzo for 10-15 minutes, watching closely until the toffee is bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips generously over the hot toffee layer.
  6. Cool completely at room temperature before breaking it into pieces.
