How to Make Air Fryer Banana Blueberry Muffins

- In another bowl, mash the overripe bananas until smooth. Whisk in the egg, light brown sugar, vegetable oil, sour cream, and vanilla extract until creamy.

- Carefully fold in the fresh or frozen blueberries and banana chips.
