How to Make Thanksgiving Leftover Tacos
- In a pan over medium heat, warm up your vegetable oil until it's shimmering but not smoking.
- Add your chopped leftover stuffing to the pan and cook until golden brown and crunchy, about 4-5 minutes; set aside.
- In the same pan, combine your leftover gravy, chipotle chiles, cumin, oregano, cinnamon, and dark chocolate. Cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Toss in your shredded dark meat turkey, stirring until evenly coated in the gravy mixture; heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Lay your warm corn tortillas with thinly sliced cabbage, then top with turkey-gravy mixture, crispy stuffing, and a spoonful of cranberry sauce.
- Plate your tacos and sprinkle with chopped parsley or cilantro, serve with lime wedges and chopped craisins.

Notes
Consider adding chopped scallions or avocado for extra flavor and creaminess. Warm tortillas beforehand for the best experience.
