- Twist each triangle from the base to the tip to form a spiral tree shape.
- Brush the twisted pastries with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Prepare the glaze by combining cranberry sauce, honey, and balsamic vinegar in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Top the pastries with torn burrata and drizzle with warm cranberry glaze.
- Garnish with crushed pistachios and fresh herbs if desired.
