How to Make Honey Chipotle Dressing
- In a small food processor, combine red wine vinegar, honey, minced chipotle pepper, coarse sea salt, ground cumin, garlic powder, ground black pepper, and dried oregano. Blend until almost smooth.
- While blending, gradually drizzle in vegetable oil. Blend until the mixture is well emulsified and creamy.
- Shake well before serving to recombine all ingredients.
