Base Layer
  • 6 oz dry chow mein noodles
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
Middle Layer
  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
Topping
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped roasted peanuts

Method
 

Directions
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the dry chow mein noodles, butterscotch chips, and creamy peanut butter until well coated.
  2. Spoon the mixture into the bottom of a prepared dish and press down firmly.
  3. In another bowl, combine broken pretzel sticks, semisweet chocolate chips, and mini marshmallows.
  4. Gently spread the pretzel mixture over the pressed base layer.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  6. Pour the melted chocolate over the middle layer.
  7. Sprinkle toasted shredded coconut and chopped roasted peanuts over the melted white chocolate.
  8. Allow the Haystack Candy Tower to set for about 30 minutes.
