Method
 

Preparation

  2. Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fold in the thawed spinach, bacon (if using), Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
