Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika in a large mixing bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the thawed spinach, bacon (if using), Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.
- Transfer the dip mixture into a baking dish, smoothing it out evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
